The shop’s 30-day return policy does not apply to styling bundles. After final selection approval and dispatch, styling purchases are final sale for fit, preference, or change of mind. Cancellation terms and remedies for seller error follow the separate styling service terms accepted before payment. Rights required by law remain available.
Free shipping over $70 and shop promotional discounts exclude styling bundles unless expressly stated. Styling shipping is quoted separately before payment.

Changed your mind? No stress. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and no alterations.
- To start a return, email us at theresellcouplecollective@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping
- Buyers cover return shipping costs, except when the item arrived not as described, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return shipping and make it right.
Final sale
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" in the listing cannot be returned.
Exchanges
- We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you want.
