Curated with Purpose Styling is a personal styling and secondhand clothing service from the resell couple, based in Hennepin County, Minnesota. We review requests before accepting payment. Submitting an application is free and does not place an order.

Your bundle

Mini Bundle: 3 items for $89.

Signature Bundle: 5 items for $149.

Wardrobe Refresh: 8 items for $229.

Prices are in USD and include clothing and curation. Shipping and any applicable tax are quoted before payment. Each item is one garment unless your approved brief expressly includes accessories. Illustrative outfits do not promise the pictured pieces, brands, or accessories.

Separate styling service policies

The shop’s free shipping offer on orders $70+, 30-day return policy, and promotional discounts do not apply to styling services unless expressly stated. Styling shipping costs are confirmed before payment. These service-specific terms do not remove remedies for seller error or rights required by law.

The website Privacy Policy continues to apply.

Application and approval

Tell us your sizes, measurements, preferences, condition tolerance, and inspiration. We check whether we can reasonably fulfill your request and confirm a written style brief. We may ask for clarification, suggest changes, or decline a request we cannot fulfill.

No payment is due until we approve the request and you approve the brief and total price.

Payment and sourcing

After you accept these terms and approve the brief, we send a Shopify payment link. We begin sourcing only after payment. We select from existing inventory and thrift shops.

We do not promise particular brands, exact inspiration-photo matches, a retail value, new condition, or a complete coordinated outfit unless expressly confirmed in the brief.

Measurements and condition

Provide current measurements and note the units. Vintage and resale sizing varies. We provide garment measurements for review, but fit cannot be guaranteed. Tell us about fabric sensitivities, wear or flaw limits, and must-avoid items.

We disclose meaningful visible wear and flaws; minor differences in color, texture, and measurement can occur. We cannot verify every garment’s previous exposure to fragrance, smoke, or pets.

Review before shipping

We send photos, garment measurements, and meaningful condition details. Review them against your approved brief. Send any adjustment request in one message, identifying the pieces and reasons.

We do not count correcting a wrong, materially misdescribed, or clearly off-brief item against your adjustment allowance.

Preview and adjustment options

Mini Bundle: photo preview, no preference swaps. Signature Bundle: one adjustment round for up to 1 item. Wardrobe Refresh: one adjustment round for up to 2 items.

Mini includes a photo preview but no preference-based swaps. Signature and Wardrobe Refresh include one adjustment round within the item limits above. You still approve the final selection before dispatch; if you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy applies.

Correcting an item that clearly fails the approved brief does not count as a preference swap. Adjustments must stay within the approved brief, sizes, condition limits, and total budget. A change of style direction or extra items requires a new agreement; we will not add charges without your approval.

Replacement options depend on availability. If we cannot fulfill the agreed bundle, we offer a revised agreement for your approval or a full refund.

Approval and customer replies

Please reply to your preview within three business days. We send a reminder if needed. Silence does not approve a selection or authorize shipment.

If we cannot obtain your response, we contact you about a revised schedule or cancellation; money is not automatically forfeited because you have not replied.

Estimated dispatch

We estimate dispatch within 10–14 business days after both payment and style brief approval. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Carrier transit time is additional.

We confirm a specific latest dispatch date before payment and do not guarantee arrival for an event unless separately agreed in writing.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot dispatch by the confirmed date, we notify you, give a revised date if available, and offer a choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped bundle and its shipping charge. We obtain affirmative consent to the revised date.

We do not keep a styling fee when you cancel because we cannot meet the agreed dispatch date or fulfill the order. Any legally required refund deadline controls.

Cancellation before sourcing

You can withdraw an unpaid application without charge. If you cancel a paid order before sourcing begins, we refund the full payment. We send a message when sourcing starts and record that date.

Cancellation after sourcing begins

If you cancel for your own reasons after sourcing starts but before shipment, we refund shipping and the bundle payment less the portion of the separately disclosed styling fee earned for work actually completed.

The maximum styling fees are $25 for Mini, $35 for Signature, and $50 for Wardrobe Refresh. We disclose the fee in the brief and invoice before payment and explain any amount retained. The entire fee is not automatically earned at the start.

We do not charge additional restocking, sourcing-purchase, or payment-processing penalties.

A full-refund right for our nonperformance, shipment delay, or another legal requirement takes priority over this cancellation rule.

Final sale for fit and preference

AFTER YOU APPROVE THE FINAL SELECTION AND WE DISPATCH IT, STYLING BUNDLES ARE FINAL SALE FOR FIT, PERSONAL PREFERENCE, OR CHANGE OF MIND. We do not offer preference-based returns or exchanges.

This does not remove remedies for wrong items, material misdescription, undisclosed significant damage, non-delivery, or rights required by law.

If something is wrong

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photos if reasonably available. We ask that you report visible issues within seven calendar days of delivery so we can investigate quickly; this request does not shorten any legal right or claim period.

Please retain packaging for shipping-damage claims.

We assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a conforming replacement or refund. If an authorized return is needed because of our error, we pay reasonable return shipping. We do not require store credit instead of a refund when a refund is owed.

We disclose reasonable merchandise values totaling the merchandise portion in your preview so any partial refund is understandable. A failure affecting the whole bundle can require a full refund, including the styling fee and related shipping.

Do not send an item back without contacting us for return instructions. When a refund is approved, we normally initiate it to the original payment method within five business days, or sooner when legally required. Bank posting time is additional.

Shipping from Minnesota

We ship styling bundles to all 50 U.S. states from Minnesota. International destinations and U.S. territories are outside this pilot. Shipping is charged separately at the amount confirmed before payment. Alaska and Hawaii rates and carrier services may differ. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Check your complete address before paying and notify us promptly of any change. If an accurate-address shipment is lost or damaged, contact us; we help investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and law. A tracking scan does not automatically remove our responsibilities.

For an undeliverable package caused by a customer address error, we discuss reasonable reshipping costs before charging anything. We do not declare the entire payment forfeited.

Your information and photos

We use application answers, measurements, inspiration, and contact information to review your request, source clothing, communicate, and fulfill the order as described in our website Privacy Policy. Share only information needed for styling.

Body photos are optional; inspiration links or garment photos are alternatives. You must have permission to share uploaded content. We do not require marketing consent or permission to publish your photos to provide the service. Any promotional use requires a separate optional permission.

Questions and applicable rights

Terms applying to an accepted order are the version presented before payment; later changes do not retroactively change that order. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or promises that every provision is enforceable in every state.

Your agreement before payment

After we approve your application, we send your written style brief, total price, shipping quote, and these terms for your review. We ask for your explicit agreement before sending a payment link. Applying does not commit you to a purchase.

You receive a copy of your accepted brief and terms. Application submission, newsletter signup, or silence is not approval of a paid order.
